Mr. Chung’s law practice focuses on legal issues involving real estate, construction, business and bankruptcy law, which includes counseling clients in business and contractual matters, commercial real estate and leasing transactions, and the formation of new business entities. Mr. Chung has handled numerous transactions involving the sale or acquisition of businesses, and commercial real estate.
Angela L. Hart
Ms. Hart concentrates her practice primarily in business and commercial matters, commercial leasing, real estate, construction law, business law, and civil litigation in state and federal courts in Maryland and Virginia. Ms. Hart also advises and counsels businesses in all aspects ranging from the formation, acquisition and management of the business entity.
Joyce T. Lee
Ms. Lee is the real estate settlement manager for Chung & Press. She has 20 years of real estate closings experience in residential purchases/sales, refinances, as well as extensive experience in complex commercial real estate closings, including construction loans and land development. Ms. Lee manages and oversees all components of the real estate closing while working closely with the brokers, attorneys and lenders to meet pre-closing and closing requirements.
