Joyce Lee is the real estate settlement manager for CP Law Group. She has overt 30 years of experience in real estate closings in residential purchases/sales, refinances, as well as in commercial real estate closings, including construction loans and land development. Ms. Lee manages and oversees all components of the real estate closing while working closely with the brokers, attorneys and lenders to meet pre-closing and closing requirements. This includes addressing title issues, preparation of settlement statements, requisite settlement documents, and
lender’s closing packages. Ms. Lee supervises all post-closing requirements, including recordation, disbursement and issuance of title policies. She has knowledge of escrow standards in accordance with RESPA regulations and ensures that full compliance is met on all real estate matters.
Ms. Lee received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
