Angela L. Hart concentrates her practice primarily in business and commercial matters, commercial leasing, real estate, and business law. Ms. Hart also advises and counsels businesses in all aspects ranging from the formation, acquisition and management of the business entity.
Ms. Hart attended the University of Richmond where graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Ms. Hart received her law degree magna cum laude from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. She is a member of the bars of Maryland, Virginia, the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Maryland and the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
